Sara Fleming is a scientist and strength coach who has successfully trained clients and athletes to improve their performance and quality of life for almost two decades. Sara’s background as a biochemist in medical research inspired her to educate herself and others on the training principles dictated by our physiology and evolution as human beings. This approach to training has enabled her to participate and become competitive in a variety of sports and activities, including the Scottish highland games. Training athletes of all ages and levels of competition, including national and world-level strength athletes, Sara has successfully applied this knowledge to guarantee success for both her athletes and every day clients no matter their goals. Sara has authored multiple textbooks for various training organizations and has taught a number of clinics and courses for gyms and trainers wishing to improve their practice and safety of their programs.
